Gandhi Jayanti & Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti Celebrations 2024

PPS celebrated the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and the second Prime Minister of India Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri with great enthusiasm. Suhaavi Singh, Shama Choudhary and Deepinder Brar expressed their thoughts on the relevance of the day in English, Hindi and Punjabi respectively. The school choir sang Vaishnav Jan and Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram. The chief guest Col Sunil Shivdas presided over the proceedings. Speaking on the occasion, Headmaster Dr DC Sharma dwelt at length on the significance of the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi and Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri. He gave the chief guest a token of respect and gratitude. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
