In a first of its kind under lockdown, an Art Festival was organised virtually on the occasion of the 74th Independence Day. 20 students from Junior School and 60 students from Senior School took part in it. They drew paintings on a variety of themes like freedom struggle, patriotism, sacrifices of our freedom fighters and religious tolerance, to name a few. The students from Junior School whose paintings were shortlisted to be displayed prominently on the school website include Anahat, Anshveer Singh, Avreet Pannu, Daksh Mukhi, Harsirat Kaur, Ishmeet Kaur, Jujhaar Singh, Manveer Kaur, Nehmat Kaur and Tanush Jain. Those who earned this distinction from Senior School comprise Abivansh Garg, Amanpreet Deo, Amrit, Arman Goyal, Gunnaz Kaur, Gurleen Kaur, Harkiratpal Singh, Hirdayjeet Singh, Hitesh Bansal, Inayat Brar, Jashanjot Singh, Jaskaran Singh, Jasmine, Manveer Kaur, Muskan Garg, Parvandeep Singh, Pranay Singla, Prince Karanvir Singh, Sanvi, Shubhkirat Mander and Sukhman Kaur. The event was coordinated by Mr Amrinder Singh and Mrs Yogita Rani. Dr Rakesh Alfred, Headmaster (Officiating) complimented boys and girls for their stupendous efforts. He expressed the hope they will continue to grab such opportunities in future as well.
