Freshers’ Evening was organised on April 24, 2022. It was a high-voltage performance that held the audience absolutely spellbound from the beginning till the end. The children showed tremendous enthusiasm whether it was the Group Song, ‘Imagine there’s no heaven’ and ‘If you missed the tram I’m on’, a Solo Song, ‘Hallelujah’ by Apurva Singh or the English play, ‘The Dictionary Salesgirl’ which emphasized on poverty, illiteracy, social differences and the importance of education. The cute little participants of Western Dance rocked the stage with their beautiful costumes and captivating performance. Mime was mind-blowing based on the theme “Saving water”. The vivacious dancers of Folk dance presented a mesmerizing Gujarati Dandia. Punjabi dance was enriched with Punjabi culture and Bhangra set the floor on fire and left the audience wanting for more. Speaking on the occasion, Headmaster Mr Ajay Singh complimented the Head Junior Wing, Mrs Ruby Verma, the staff and students in making the event a resounding success.
