J K KATE MEMORIAL ALL INDIA INTER PUBLIC SCHOOL KNOWLEDGE CONCLAVE – DAY 2

Day 2 kicked off with the Inaugural Story Telling Competition. The participants gave a tough competition to each other. Their dramatic folktales right from Panchtantra to Snow White kept the audience enthralled. Mrs Vaijaynti Savant Tonpe, an accomplished writer gave some valuable tips on the art of storytelling.
It was followed by Semi finals of the debate. YPS, Patiala and Pinegrove School, Dharampur made it to the much awaited finals scheduled to be held tomorrow.
The second half of the day witnessed some budding writers penning down their crafty ideas in ‘Creative Writing – Craft a Poem’ competition.
Six teams competed in the Quiz Finals. Mr Jai Singh Gill, President, Executive Committee was the chief guest for the occasion.
The day concluded with the Inaugural session of Book Discussion as part of the review. The book lovers had a healthy, amicable exchange of ideas and shared their perspectives. Mr Vinay Pande, Headmaster, Lawrence School, Sanawar was the honourable chief guest for the evening. In his address he encouraged the youngsters to read endlessly. Dr Jagpreet Singh, Headmaster, PPS Nabha proposed the vote of thanks. It was followed by Headmaster’s Dinner and Dj Party.
