Sutlej House Show

Sutlej House organised the cultural evening on May 7, 2022. Welcome Song “Memories” by Maroon 5 set the tone for the evening. The English Play “The Play that Goes Wrong” was superbly executed. The pranks of the actors made the audience let out loud guffaws. A mime on the eve of “Mother’s Day” conveyed the message of selfless love of a mother worrying about her child. Western Dance and Salsa set the stage on fire. It was a visual delight to see students so perfect with their steps. Solo Song “Chunar” of ABCD 2 sung by Akshay Sharma was the most touching moment of the show. The semi-classical dance was yet another addition to the list of jaw-dropping performances. Chehac Kaur stunned everyone with her amazing talent of identifying things blindfolded. Finally, Giddha and Bhangra brought the curtain down on a delightful evening. Speaking on the occasion, Headmaster Mr Ajay Singh expressed his gratitude to parents for turning up in huge numbers to see their wards perform on the stage. He was appreciative of the efforts put in by the house staff to make the show a grand success. First Lady Ms Anamika Singh, Deputy Headmaster Dr Gurvinder Kaur and Head Junior Wing Ms Ruby Verma were present.
