NCC cadets celebrate International Day of Yoga at PPS

The cadets of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) from The Punjab Public School celebrated the International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2022 as per the directions of NCC Gp Hq and 3 Punjab Air Sqn NCC, Patiala. Mr Vikas Kumar made the cadets do many yoga postures. He enlightened them on the significance of yoga in our life. On this occasion, Headmaster Mr Ajay Singh addressed the cadets and motivated them to adopt yoga as a way of life. The cadets took the pledge to do yoga throughout their life. Incharge Chief Officer Shahid Ahmed, 3 Punjab Air Sqn NCC, Patiala, Incharge 3rd Officer Amandeep Singh, 14 Punjab Battalion, Nabha, Incharge Ishmeet Singh, 4 Punjab Girls Battalion, Patiala and Incharge Davinder Dutt, 1 Punjab Naval Wing, Nangal were present.
